Old Business

Membership dues for 2019 are due at $30 per family with $540.000 collected to-date.  So far for 2019, the club has 18 paid family memberships and 3 approved non-paying memberships including 2 members who joined in the last third of 2018.
With Wendell Salas unable to attend April’s meeting, there were no new Rocky Mountain Mustang Roundup developments to report.
The Club’s March 23rd visit to the Shelby American Collection in Boulder was well attended and a nice BBQ Lunch was shared at the nearby The Rib House in Longmont.

New Business

April 17th is Drive Your Mustang Day in recognition of the 55th anniversary of the Mustang’s introduction to the world.
The Club is tentatively planning a road trip on April 27th to the Erie, CO Spirit of Flight Center Air Museum.  President Standiford will send out a notice to the members with details on the outing once he has confirmed our visit with the museum as it is open by appointment only.
Also, it looks like the Club will have at least five member vehicles making the trip to the Rio Grande Mustang Club Show in Albuquerque, NM over the Memorial Day weekend.

The following list represents some of the most likely events to be pursued by the club in the upcoming months.  Times and dates will be determined closer to the events based on club input and site availability.
April 27 – Erie, CO Spirit of Flight Center Air Museum
May 25-26 – Rio Grande Mustang Club Show, Albuquerque, NM
June 13-15 – Rocky Mountain Mustang Roundup, Steamboat Springs, CO
July – Rambler Ranch AMC Car Collection, Elizabeth, CO
September – St. Jude Car Show, Landmark Lincoln, Littleton, CO

In addition, former member Dan Ryal has issued an offer to host a club event sometime in the summer or fall.  Other upcoming events of interest, with details posted on the FRMC website Bullett-n Board where possible, include:

August 17 – 3rd Annual Holy Rollers Charity Car Show, S. Midway Park, Broomfield, CO. Assistance.
If you’d like an event you are interested in posted to the website Bullett-n Board, bring an informational flyer to an upcoming Club meeting.
The next Club meeting will be held on Friday, May 10th at McCoy’s at 7pm.  The June meeting will be held June 7th to not conflict with the Roundup in Steamboat.

Treasurer's Report

The club had $1,668.33 in the checking account with Vectra Bank as of the meeting date.  There were no new expenses incurred since the last club meeting and $30.00 in membership dues were received from new members Keith and Karen Johnson from Commerce City.  The Johnson’s own a 2017 Shelby GT350R.

MCA Report

The MCA will conduct National Directors elections in September via digital balloting which has proved successful for other elections in the past.  Again, FRMC club members are encouraged to attend one of the three National Club Shows within driving distance of Colorado with the Topeka, Kansas show on July 18-20 being the closest.
